Upgrade tasks for the Meterscope Web Portal as part of the platform's full compliance with the EN-12830:2018 standard

Important Announcement!

 

Dear subscribers,

 

We would like to inform you that on Tuesday, November 14, and Tuesday, November 21, from 9:00 to 15:00 upgrade tasks will be performend on the Meterscope Web Portal server, to ensure full compliance with the EN-12830:2018 standard.

 

For this period, you will not have access to Meterscope, and you will not receive notifications in case of rule violations you have set.

 

If the Meton Data Logger / Gateway does not return to normal operation on its own shortly after the upgrade, you may need to restart it.
